She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Deszell and Adeline Deszell; her husband Paul LaVoy; her son James Paul; her siblings, Leo, Rollin, Gladys Blakeman, Annabelle Strack and Madylin Deszell; her sons-in-law, Frank Dudek and Terence Harrington; and her great grandchild Gemma LaVoy.
She is survived by: her children, John LaVoy (Sandra), Gail Harrington, Linda Homolka (Tony), Susan Dudek, Donna Chapman (Tristan) and Laura Johnson (James); and her brothers, Donald (Debbie) and Marvin Deszell (Sue). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
