He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Poniedzialek and Dorothy Poniedzialek (Sauer). He is survived by: his wife Shelly Moore; his children, Derek Poniedzialek, Nathan Roark, Traci Poniedzialek and Amy Roark (Paul Bomia); his grandchildren, Derek, Jr., Calin, Marchelle, Katie (Remington) and Torey Buckley (John); his great grandchildren, Leighton, Riggs, Maddyx, Jameson, Bennett, Tyler (Haley) and Trever; and his siblings, Richard (Shirley), Ed "Frank" (Linda), Kat Osborne and Linda Cappuccilli (Curt). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
