He is survived by: his wife Darlene Kinney; his children, Deanna Ortiz (Matthew), Anita Simmons (Jeremy), William Hakeos (Julie), Sarah Jacobs (John) and Sandra Pugh (Brian); his grandchildren, Madeline, Alex, Aidan, Maya Ortiz, McCarty, Mallory, Ellie, Aubrie, Liberty Simmons, Kate, Beth, Tori, Carly Hakeos, Kylie, Anya, Kaleb, Alyse Jacobs, Evan, Carter, Abby and Blake Pugh; and his siblings, Sharon Zak (Edward), Susan Shaffer (Paul), Stephen Hakeos (Wendy) and Russell Hakeos (Tammy).
