He is survived by: his wife Carrie (VanVoorhies); his parents, Bruce Miller and Donna Miller; his sisters, Charlene Levy (Glenn) and Adrienne Ramirez (Mike Hughes); his children, Bronwyn (Nate), McKendry and Aiden; his nephews, Bryce, Morgan, Conner, Grant and Trey; his great-niece Adilynn; and his pet Asher John Davie.
