We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Mary Elizabeth Hubbard of Temperance, Michigan, born in Baltimore, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Backer and Mary Backer (Askew); her husband John R. Hubbard (Bob); her son Philip; and her granddaughter Sarah.
She is survived by: her children, Howard (Patricia) and Mary Zychowicz (Frank); and her brother John Backer (Mary). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren.
Those wishing to give memorials are asked to consider the Cherry Street Mission and the Bethany House. Other considerations are the Library Foundation of the Toledo-Lucas County Library, Read for Literacy, and the Toledo Animal Shelter.
