She was predeceased by: her father Robert Kolacki. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Kolacki (Thiel); her husband Michael T. Ashbaucher; her sons, Andrew and Ethan Ashbaucher; and her siblings, Beth Kolacki, Evan Kolacki (Bobbi) and Douglas Kolacki (Kristy).

Donations may be made to Beth Kolacki to help with funeral costs.
