She was predeceased by: her father Jim Biggs; her brother Ricky Biggs; and her grandparents, Betsy, Luke Heady, Nina and Jim Biggs.
She is survived by: her mother Gladys Biggs (Heady); her husband Terry Whaley; her children, Danyell, Kimberly, Kirk Whaley and Dawn Bialorucki (Bob); her grandchildren, Joel, Kisara, Cody (Ashley), Paul, Hunter, Laura (Alex), Bryan and Robert; her siblings, Gail Roth (Jim), Helen "Marie" Biggs-Durbin (Dennis), Sandy Hazard (Jerry), Jimmy (Annie), Johnny (Brenda) and Bobby Biggs; and her aunt Mary Helen Casteels (Frans). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
