He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Danny and Sara Smith Jr. (Guthrie); and his sister Pamela Brown. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Shelly Patton (Eric), Laura Fulkerson (Paul) and Leonard Danny Smith Jr.; his grandchildren, Ryan of Melinda, PJ, Sabriana and Briana; and his sisters, Brenda Krieg (Walter) and Nancy Wooley (Ron).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rossford Community Recreation Center (400 Dixie Hwy, Rossford, OH 43460).
