She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Peters (Carol) and Joseph Peters, Jr. (Anita); her sister Litta Hylton; and her grandchildren, Melissa Stevens (Joel), Nathan Peters (Mary Anne), Rachael Metcalf (Wayne), Sara Gardner, Kim Lynch (Patrick), Crystal Hoyo (Daniel) and Megan Griffy (Stephan). She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
