He is survived by : his wife Beverly (Zawodny); his children, Angela Kintner (Don), Michael Campbell and Christopher Campbell (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Katie Kudas (Eric), Cristina Kintner, Jacob Kintner (Julianne), Thomas Pollard, Tanner Pollard and Jessica Campbell.
