He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Campbell and Siemer; and his siblings, Evelyn Krotz, Margaret Kramer and Ralph Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly (Zawodny); his children, Angela Kintner (Don), Michael Campbell and Christopher Campbell (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Katie Kudas (Eric), Cristina Kintner, Jacob Kintner (Julianne), Thomas Pollard, Tanner Pollard and Jessica Campbell.
Memorial donations may be given to Northwest Ohio Honor Flight, or a charity of the donor's choice.
