She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy S. Townsend, Jr.; her parents, Carl Miller and Ella Miller (Orwig); and her siblings, Carl Miller, Jr., Erma Rozek and Marcella Kruse.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Kurtz (John), Pamela Townsend and Roy Townsend (Stacey); her grandchildren, Kathleen Bara, John Kurtz, Steven Kurtz, Daniel Kurtz, Carena Townsend, Adam Townsend and Alyssa Townsend; and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Elsie Bara, Anthony, Lila, Alice, William, Michael, Jack, Paula and Ryan Kurtz.
