He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Babiak and Stella Babiak (Czajkowski); and his sister-in-law Kathy Babiak. He is survived by: his wife Joyce "Jingles" Babiak; his brother Ed Babiak (Lynda); his niece Chrissi Smith (Kevin); his nephew Steve Babiak (Erin); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Devin Schieck, Cameron Babiak, Kayleigh Smith, Karrigan Smith, Kendal Smith and Ellie Babiak.
