He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stephen, Sr. and L'Frieda Toth (Raker); his son Gregg Toth; and his sisters, Shirley Boss and Dolores Wuabker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheryl Toth and Stephanie Wagenhauser; his siblings, Garnet Babb (Ric) and Mike Toth; and his close friend Newman. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
