She is survived by: her children, Kathy McBride (Scott), Cliff Ballert and Marie Jeremy (David); her grandchildren, Tiffany Berry (Tyler), Lauren Smieszek (Ben), Kayla Hartford (Damon) and Chase Jeremy; her great grandchildren, James, John, McKenna and Jackson; and her brother Henry Curtis.
