With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Frances Parran of Temperance, Michigan, born in Erie, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 29, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lewis and Hazel Lewis (Duvall); her husband James Parran; her daughter Debra Jean Parran; and her siblings, Ruth Winkler, Helena Turner, Rita Stobinski, Howard, Walter and Raymond Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Saleem (Abbas "Sam") of Chicago, Mary Kay Rafko (Andy) of Erie, Michigan, Bryan Parran (DeAnn) of Luna Pier, Carl Parran of Temperance and James Parran, Jr. of Dundee, Michigan; her sisters, Angela LaPlante (Elrose Deehan) of Erie and Ontario; her sister-in-law Mary Jane Lewis of Erie; her grandchildren, Nicole Saleem-Nadimi (Peter), Bryan Parran Jr. (Tammi), Ali Saleem (Jenny), Andrea Skaggs (Isaac), Ashley Saleem (Andy Abadier), Danielle Saleem and James Parran III (Alexis); and her great grandchildren, Braelyn Parran, Miya Parran, Mason Skaggs, Kian Nadimi, Finn Parran, Leila Saleem, Skylar Skaggs, Noor Nadimi, Zain Saleem and Aria Nadimi.
The family requested memorial donations be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or school in Erie, Michigan.
