He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mitchell and Barbara Mitchell (Claus). He is survived by: his wife Kelly E. Bernard; his children, Jamie Mitchell, Taylor Barger (Andrew) and Justin "Buster" Mitchell; his sister Donna Setzler (Jim); and his grandchildren, Noah, Rowan and Corbin.
