He was predeceased by: his mother Rosezella Branstetter (Pinchoff); his stepfather Miller Branstetter; his brother Galen "Smokey" Branstetter; and his grandparents, Andrew and Daisy Pinchoff.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lane; his sons, Joshua Luke Gearhart and Jacob Richard Gearhart (Alicia Kundtz); and his granddaughters, Maya and Lily Gearhart.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bacarella Funeral Home, Inc. (1201 S Telegraph Rd, Monroe, MI 48161).
