He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Mills and Edith Mills (Kirkman). He is survived by: his wife Marcia Mills (Clift); his sons, Rick (Sonia) and Scott Mills (Corey); his grandchildren, Erika, Cody, Christopher, Nathan, Ansely, Braedon, Blake and Conner; his great grandchildren, Evalynn and Ashton; and his brothers, Sonny, Tom, John and Jerry Mills.
