He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Scott and Ethel Scott Sr. (Goodin); his wife Gwen; and his siblings, Jack Scott and Patty Lapum.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Hilton, Marc Scott and Tracy Spencer (Brian); and his grandsons, Marc, Ian and Brad. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
