It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Nowak (Temperance, Michigan), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on August 11, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Iwinski and Olympia Iwinski; her sister Florence Kowalski (Chester); and her grandsons, Thomas James Nowak Jr and Adam Joseph Burson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Kendra), Thomas (Linda), Marlene Layton (Larry), Sharon Dumit (Tom), Martin (Tina), Amy Swierczek (Eric), Pamela Burson and Jeffrey Nowak; her sister Eleanor Makulinski; and her sister-in-law Emma Nowak. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
