He was predeceased by: his daughters, Angelia Heck (William) and Nicole Spoonmore (Alex); his wife Kathleen; and his siblings, Walter Kaminski, Mary Ann Smietana and Theresa Rower.

He is survived by: his grandsons, Brendan, Jacob Spoonmore and Lilly.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Regina Coeli.
