He was predeceased by: his brother Curt. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, Scott Hofheinz (Julie) and Amy Fleck (Joe Toeppe); his grandchildren, Thaddeus Hofheinz (Maranda), Caleb Hofheinz (Lierre Vogtmann), Baleigh Fleck and Kyle Fleck; his great grandchildren, Theodore Hofheinz, Jaiden Hofheinz and Hazel Hofheinz; and his siblings, Fred (Sarah), Mary Helen and Rebecca.
