He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Carter and Mary Carter (Weinzapf); and his brothers, John and James. He is survived by: his spouse Dianna Lee Jackson; his daughter Stacey Carter; and his siblings, Suzanne Carter, Mark Carter and Neal Carter (Rita). He is also survived by brother and sister-in-laws and many loving nieces and nephews.
