With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Constance Hornyak of Temperance, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 3, 2024 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Constance Hornyak to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd T. Madalinski and Anna V. Madalinski (Lesnieski); her husband Emery J. Hornyak, Jr.; her brother-in-law Richard L. Hornyak, Sr.; her nephew Richard L. Hornyak, Jr.; and her grandson Stephen.

She is survived by : her children, Dr. Thomas J. Hornyak (Mary) of Bethesda, MD, Jean Ann Hornyak (James Hakala) of Longmont, CO and Robert E. Hornyak (Karen) of Center Line, MI.; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Mark, Nathaniel, Cecilia and Karl; and her siblings, Annette Stobierski (Daniel) of Wyoming, MI, Patricia Wesselman (James) of Trenton, MI and Ronald Madalinski (Drenda) of Ruskin, FL.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 11th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Urbanski's Bedford Funeral Chapel (8300 Lewis Ave, Temperance, MI 48182). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, July 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church (8330 Lewis Ave, Temperance, MI 48182).
