She is survived by: her grandmother Constance Fornwald (Connie); her spouse Sugar Fornwald; her brother John Wood (Sandy); her sons, Scott, Matt (Lisa) and Chad (Jennifer); her stepgrandchildren, Cameron, Courtney, Cole, Sierra, Corbin, Addison, Hudson, Zachary and Morgan; and also Larry Fornwald.
