She was predeceased by : her parents, Dale Thompson and Florence Thompson (Tanner); and her husbands, Patrick Kalinowski and Dan Goodrich. She is survived by : her sisters, Linda Wolf, Myrna Loo and Susan Shawaker; her daughters, Tamara Dean (Michael) and Kim Meyer (Steve); and her stepdaughters, Donna, Diane and Jill.
