He is survived by: his mother Vivian Smith (White); his children, Kaitlin Smith (Ryan Odom), Charles Smith III and Jill Farmer (Ryan); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Bentley and Bradley Farmer; his wife Annette Suit Smith (Suit); his siblings, Denise Lennard (Dean), Steve Smith (Kristin Fitch), Henry Smith (Tammy) and Eric Smith (Jodie Earle); his nieces and nephews, Zac, Henry Jr., Ayden, Josh, Mollie, Natalie, Katie and Sienna; his parents-in-law, Chuck and Janet Suit; his sister-in-law Cheryl Suit; his nephews, Tim and Mike; and his niece Casandra.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to Madie's Clovers Foundation or Indian Creek Zoo Foundation.
