He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jessie Duff, Kenneth and Phyllis Garn. He is survived by: his mother Diane Garn, Jr. (Duff); his wife Tara Waggoner; his son Dorian; his father Kenneth Garn; his siblings, Andrew Garn (Stacey) and Elizabeth Garn; and his grandfather John Raymond Duff.
