She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jazwiecki and Helen Jazwiecki (Nowaczyk); her brother-in-law Raymond Zawistowski; and her nephew Raymond Lynn Zawistowski. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Zawistowski; her nieces, Linda Brieschke (Gary) and Jodi Riddle (Dave); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew Brieschke (Lindsay), Tony Brieschke (Candice), Abbie Vaez (Amir) and Joey Riddle (Kayla Hodges). She is also survived by 7 great, great nephews and nieces.
