He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Spackey and Mildred Spackey; and his children, David and Darla. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Spackey; his sons, Rick Spackey (Colleen), Brian Spackey, Jeffery Spackey and Daniel Spackey; his siblings, Edwin Spackey (Elsie), Richard Spackey (Leona) and Bonnie Schwab (Steve); his mother-in-law Judy Hutchinson (Phil); and his grandchildren, David, Matthew, Cory, Tabbetha, Brandon, Jesse, Jared and Quinn.
