She was predeceased by: her parents, John Polyanszki and Elizabeth Polyanszki (Kozak); her uncle Stephen; her aunt Lois Vass; and her father-in-law Norman Czaja.
She is survived by: her husband Greg Czaja; her daughters, Erica Czaja and Sarah Kirkwood (Justin); her siblings, John Polyanszki (Eva), Elizabeth Asztalos (Steve) and Mary Kerezsine; her mother-in-law Dorothy Czaja; and her sisters-in-law, Jackie Van Kirk (Brian), Pam Hafner (Ted) and Kathy Zucco (Wayne). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
