He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Gifford of Tekonsha; his children, Anita Weller of Harrison, Joyce Alwood (Scott) of Burlington, Kevin Smith of Michigan, Junior Smith (Mary Jane) of Union City and James Smith of Tennessee; his stepchildren, Bruce Gifford (Penny) of Albion, Linette Gifford of Litchfield and Bobby Gifford of Tekonsha; and his siblings, Kathleen Wills of Marshall, Sandra Maisner (Ken) of Tekonsha, Bill Smith (Kathy) of Ceresco, Tim Smith (Jackie) of Tekonsha, Sally Dingee (Don) of Marshall and Patty Smith (Tom O'Dell) of Tekonsha. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
