He is survived by: his parent Cora Cleland (Bolton); his spouse Frances Pippin; his children, Sherri Achtenberg (Kenneth) of Tecumseh, Willard Claude Cleland, Jr (Judi) of Georgia and Mary Finkbeiner (Brian) of Saline; his grandchildren, Scott, Craig, Jacob, Emily, Tonya and Bobbi; and his great grandchildren, Nikysha, Tristani, Alanna, Alison, Aiden, Emmett and Gage. He is also survived by six brothers and two sisters.
