He is survived by: his sister-in-law Gloria Nipper; his wife Ilona of Tecumseh; his children, Melissa Nipper of Denver and Kenneth Richard Polley Nipper of Monroe; his stepson James Ivan (Lori) of Petersburg; his grandson Kai Nipper; his nephew Timothy Nipper of Fullerton; and his niece Michelle Franklin of Peoria.
