He is survived by: his wife Jean Marecle; his children, Robert Lee Irvine III of Adrian, MI, Katie Carthew (Bryan) of Tecumseh, MI and Nicholas Marecle of Saline, MI; his brother Jeff Irvine of Sand Creek, MI; and his grandsons, Robert Lee Irvine IV and Samuel Carthew. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
