He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Joan Smelser and William H. Sowell. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Bruce Smelser Jr. of Sylvania, OH and Janice Sue Williams (Sowell) of Acworth, GA; his wife Tasha Twining of Adrian; his children, Carson, Caralyn and Clark; his siblings, Lucas Smelser, Ben Smelser, Andy Smelser, Christina Faust, Danielle Stickan and Jordan Smelser; and his grandmother Mary Gekas.
