It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Lay (Tecumseh, Michigan), who passed away on February 16, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lewis Kelley and Nina Maude Kelley (Scofield); her spouse Ogland O. Lay, Jr.; and her siblings, Helen Morden and Henry Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, David Lay of Oak Ridge, NJ, Mary Beth Lay of Canton, MI and Nancy Hamilton (Duane) of Sebastian, FL; her grandchildren, Anthony Lay (Nicole) of Chuluota, FL, Daniel Lay of Brooklyn, NY, Joshua (Ryan Lay), Joseph (Samuel Harman), Katherine Harman (Laine) of Canton, MI and Lauren Hamilton of Sebastian, FL; and her great grandchildren, Breckin, Finley Preston of Monroe, MI, Emma and Spencer Lay of Chuluota, FL..
