He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ann Weiss of Wayne; his children, Daryl Townsend (Nicole) of Adrian, David Townsend (Sarah) of Greenwich, OH and Corrine Hedges (Greg) of Tiffin, OH; his siblings, Edward Townsend of Belleville, Irene Wall of Houghton Lake, MI and Ruth Potter of Brooklyn, MI; and his grandchildren, William, Hannah, Micah, Esther, Kyle, Jonathon, Benjamin, Wade, Isaac, Harmony, Troy, Levi, Carolyn, Kal, Daniel, Anna and Jacob.
