He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason Kirk and Helen Kirk (Riggs); and his grandsons, Corey Ackley and Nicholas Cuolahan. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie E. Koch; and his children, Tina Cuolahan (Tim), Cynthia Moore, Sheila Shuch (Roland), Rebecca Baker (Kenneth), Norman H. Kirk (Liz) and Brenda Kirk. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
