He was predeceased by: his parents, Mato Yankovich and Maria Yankovich (Ovanen); and his brother Mato Yankovich. He is survived by: his wife Emily Elizabeth Williams; his children, Chris Freeze (Donald) of Commerce Twp, David Yankovich of Warren, MI, Carolyn Curry (Daniel) of Ann Arbor, MI, Mary Beth Yunker (John) of Woodburn, IN and Michael Yankovich (Cori) of West Point, NY; his grandchildren, Ryan McLaughlin (Heidi), Abigail Fleming (Josh), Daniel Yunker (Amber), Joseph Yunker (Kristi), Erin Boguslowski (Brian), Theresa Timm (John), MaKenzie Yankovich, Mary Curry, Katie Yankovich, Michael Curry and Benjamin Yankovich; and his great grandchildren, Eamon, Harper, Grace, Anna, Maria and Eleanor. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church (506 N Union St, Tecumseh, MI 49286). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
