We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2023, at the age of 75, Joseph Paul Caterina of Tecumseh, Michigan, born in Adrian, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Caterina and Hilda Caterina. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Brooke (William), Marc (Diana), Chelsea (Martin) and Alex (Auja); his grandchildren, Estelle, Ingrid, Lucia, Dani, Everett and Ripplee; and his siblings, Louie, Cindy, Patty, Mimi, Tony, Peter, Lisa, Johnny and Danny.

In lieu of flowers, we appreciate donations to Joe's beloved causes: Lenawee Humane Society and Michigan Radio / NPR.

“Joe was the first fellow Vietnam veteran to stop and say hello during one of his daily walks through Westhaven Addition. I moved to Tecumseh in January 2023 and Joe stopped to share pleasantries and welcome me to the neighborhood. I later met Laura and consider both, good friends and good people. My humble condolences to the family. Godspeed. Respectfully, Michael J Lucia”
