He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Francis and Dorothy Fischer (Vogel); his former wife Rose Mary Fischer; his granddaughter Stephanie Miller; his great grandchild Charlotte Timmons; and his siblings, Virginia, Walt, Theresa, Rose and Norma.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Clara Blandford; his children, Michael Fischer (Karen) of Temperance, Mark, Doug Fischer (Pam) of Sylvania, Debi Miller (Randy) of Sylvania and Rob Ewing (Kathie) of Tecumseh; and his grandchildren, Tanya (RJ), Ted (Emily), JJ (Marc), Chad (Kristy), Tara (Matt), Kayley (Steve), Rachel (Jake), Emily (David), Erika (Austin), Nathan and Alyssa. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
