It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Martinez of Tecumseh, Michigan, born in Blissfield, Michigan, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ramon Martinez; his wife Maria Antonia Ybarra; his mother Maria Navarro Martinez Madrid (Madrid); his stepfather Casimiro Madrid; his siblings, Tony Martinez, Henry Martinez, Raymond Martinez, Paul Martinez, David Martinez and Maria Louisa Martinez Valdez (Jose); his nephew Ernesto Martinez; his niece Beatriz Martinez; and his siblings-in-law, Vicenta Cruz, Guadalupe Ybarra and Manuel Cruz.
He is survived by: his children, Sylvia Wallace (Pat), James Martinez (Jennifer), Jacqueline Hickman (Tracy) and Rebecca Martinez; his grandchildren, Alex Wallace (Ashley), Shane Wallace (Brianna), Joaquina Cessna (Jacob), Gabryelle Martinez (Greg Pfieffer) and Aren Wallace; his great grandchildren, Madix, Julian, Oliver, Zaylyn, Lincoln, Nova and Jameson; his sister Lydia Guzman (Felipe); his stepbrother Rufus Madrid; and his siblings-in-law, Emily Martinez, Ofelia Miles (James), Juana Navarro (Abel), Diana Delgado (Ernie), Maria Elena Castillo (Chayo), Angie Martinez, Deborah Ybarra and Domingo Ybarra (Patricia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
