He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ruhl and Cora Ruhl (Rinehart); his siblings, Harlon Ruhl, George Ruhl and Mary Lou Porter; and his son-in-law Rodger Luegge.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Williams; his children, Harold "Rick" Ruhl (Diana) of Tecumseh, MI and Lorraine McCracken (Tony) of Cookeville, TN; and his grandchildren, Ryan Ruhl (Rebecca Wenger) of Commerce, MI, Dawn Taylor (Ben Mosley) of Nashville, TN, Max Luegge (Julia Golden) of Cookeville, TN, Brent Velandra (Linda) of Commerce, MI and Krista Velandra (Rob Tuck) of Tecumseh, MI. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's, Hospice of Lenawee or according to the wishes of the family for future designation.
