He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Amstutz and Leona Amstutz (Teeke); his wife Marybeth Hendershot Amstutz (Molly); and his sisters, Mary Ellen, Esther, LuAnn and Karen.
He is survived by: his children, Susan O'Hara (Michael), Robin Amstutz and Mark Amstutz (Eric Amstutz); his grandchildren, Trevor Sowers (Katherine), Mathew Sowers (Amy), Stephen Sowers (Jamie), Maijel Chisolm (Tyler), Alyssa Chisolm, Lindsey Saxton (Marc) and Tyler Amstutz (Renee); his great grandchildren, William, Dahlia, Jonah, Evie, Raelynn, Connor, Dylan, Kyler, Sloane, Garrett and Wyatt; and his pet Garfield.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that people consider donations for Parkinson's research.
