With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gretchen Elaine Goetz of Tecumseh, Michigan, who passed away on June 29, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Ries and Ruth Ries (Heckert); her husband Wesley Charles Goetz; and her brother Dale Richard Ries (Korea). She is survived by: her children, Thomas Goetz (Elizabeth) of Tipton, Joy Smith (Gregory) of Onsted and Michelle Schuch (Gary) of Brooklyn; her grandchildren, Bradley Smith, Angela LaJiness (Nathan), Gabriel Schuch (Rowena), Nathan Schuch (Jennifer), Kylie Myers (Daniel) and Derek Goetz (Michelle); and her great grandchildren, Jordyn, Blake, Riley, Ian, Jaden, Merik, Jace, Gretchen, Grayson, Cullen, Charlotte and Blair.
