He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse LaVoy and Harriett LaVoy; his brother Larry LaVoy; and his brother-in-law Rich Hutchinson. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Zachary LaVoy (Ashley) of Tecumseh, Kendra LaVoy of Tecumseh and Alexis LaVoy of South Lyon, MI; his stepdaughter Jenavieve Hawkins of Tecumseh; his sisters, Vicki Boldon (Terry) of Tecumseh, Diane Skeels (Gary) of Tecumseh, Debbie Holtz (Dave) of Tecumseh and Lisa Hutchinson (Kevin King) of Tecumseh; and his grandchildren, Rory LaVoy, Hudson LaVoy and Neve LaVoy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
