He is survived by: his wife Tracy Leigh Sweetin; his daughter Valerie Martinez of Adrian, MI; his siblings, Lionel Martinez of Universal City, TX, Josie Garza of Defiance, OH, Janey Sullins of Tennessee and Rick Martinez of Corpus Christi, TX; and his grandchildren, Elliott Martinez, Aracely Martinez, Eusevio Martinez, Shyla Martinez, Eladio Martinez, Julien Martinez, Annika Martinez, Samira Garcia, Camden Tomford and Cash Tomford.

Memorial contributions in Humphrey's honor may be made to the American Heart Association.
