He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Perry. He is survived by: his children, Jessica, Kaylah, Sydney, Haley, Jacob, Daniel and Benjamin; his grandchildren, Zaiden, Virginia, Emmah and Savannah; his father David; and his siblings, Brian (Tami), Faith Cherry (Keith) and John (Sarah).
