He is survived by: his parent Arlene Ousterhout (Gillespie); his spouse Donna Anderson; his children, Ginnie Travis (John) of Tecumseh and William Ousterhout (Nancy) of San Diego, CA; his sister Barbara Dresch of Sevierville, TN; his grandchildren, Julie Fox (Jordan), Ann Travis, Rita Ousterhout and Bert Ousterhout; and his great grandchild Travis Fox.
